Iris's Direct client, a highly diversified financial services provider based in Canada is looking to hire a Gen AI Developer for a Long-Term Contract opportunity.

Location: Hybrid Downtown Toronto

JOB DESCRIPTION

Background in python + relevant libraries experience (Transformers, Langchain etc.)
Experience in creating Agent/MCP Server
Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs etc.
Experience developing and integrating AI-powered systems such as LLM applications, RAG pipelines, or agent-based workflows into secure, production environments
Deep understanding of data modeling, distributed systems, storage optimization, and performance turning for large-scale AI and analytics workloads
A solid understanding of the ML data lifecycle, including feature engineering, model integration, deployment support, and monitoring
