Lynx Recruitment is supporting an established, high-growth digital transformation consultancy seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead AI-first process redesign initiatives across enterprise clients.
This role sits at the forefront of AI-driven transformation, focusing on re-engineering Legacy business processes using Microsoft AI technologies, including M365 Copilot and the Power Platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping organisations transition toward intelligent, automated, and data-driven operating models.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to identify AI-driven transformation opportunities
Analyse and map As-Is processes and design To-Be AI-first solutions
Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
Build robust business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections
Define KPIs and ensure measurable value delivery
Support implementation, change management, and continuous optimisation initiatives
Requirements:
7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or in Management Consulting within IT Professional Services or Digital Transformation
Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand end-to-end enterprise data flows
Minimum 2:1 in an IT/Technology-related degree
Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
