About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Go Developer who is excited about working at the frontier of AI-assisted software development. This role is ideal for engineers who actively use AI coding tools and are comfortable building software in an environment where the development process evolves rapidly.
Our team builds systems in a modern AI-native workflow, where tools like Claude and Cursor are core parts of the development environment. You will work on new products in a space that is changing every day, experimenting with emerging capabilities in AI to accelerate development and create better software.
Being part of this team means staying at the cutting edge of AI, continuously learning about the latest breakthroughs, tools, and techniques shaping the future of engineering.Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Back End services using Go (Golang).
Develop scalable systems, APIs, and infrastructure that support AI-enabled products.
Work within an AI-augmented development workflow, leveraging tools such as Claude and Cursor for coding, debugging, and ideation.
Rapidly prototype and iterate in a fast-moving environment where new technologies emerge frequently.
Collaborate closely with engineers, AI specialists, and product teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Evaluate and integrate new AI tools and frameworks that improve engineering productivity.
Requirements

Strong professional experience developing software in Go (Golang).
Experience working with AI-assisted coding tools or modern AI development workflows.
Comfortable using tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar AI-driven coding environments.
Solid understanding of Back End architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, experimental environment where technology evolves quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new tools and techniques.
Nice to Have

Experience building developer tools, AI infrastructure, or coding platforms.
Familiarity with LLM APIs and AI model integration.
Experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments.
Interest in AI-native software engineering workflows.
