Title: Lead Full Stack Developer

Location: Onsite in Boston, MA 4 days/week, 1 day remote

Duration: 6 month contract with likely extension

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on full stack developer lead to join our Asset Management – Investment Technology in Boston. This role will play a critical part in modernizing supporting core investment platforms, with a focus on scalable cloud-based architecture, full stack delivery and robust engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Drive full stack application development using modern technologies across cloud-native and hybrid architectures
Design and implement scalable and APIs with strong security, monitoring and logging frameworks
Develop rich UI components using framework such as React or Angular
Continuously seek automation opportunities to improve team efficiency

Essential Qualifications and Experience

10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead role
Experience with Python
Experience with Java OR .NET
Experience with React OR Angular
Strong API development and integration experience
Proven ability to led teams and drive cross-functional delivery in a matrix environment
Financial services experience

ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $85.00 - $100.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
