Job Description:
We are looking for candidates who have strong experience in EUC Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting the digital tools and platforms that enable our colleagues to work efficiently and securely. This is a hands-on technical role where your expertise in Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and collaboration tools will help shape the user experience across the organization.
Candidates need to work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party providers to ensure our EUC services are reliable, secure, and continuously improving. From device management and application deployment to user support and service optimization, you will help drive innovation and operational excellence in our digital workplace.
This is a dynamic and impactful role that offers technical depth, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to shape Client's digital workplace.
Technical Challenge Work with modern EUC technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
Strategic Contribution - Influence the development of EUC standards, policies, and service improvements.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience in EUC support and engineering, with certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
Technical Expertise - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 10/11, device imaging, and application packaging.
Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
Communication & Collaboration Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Service Orientation - Commitment to delivering high-quality support and continuous service improvement.
