**Job Title** Senior Analyst – Transportation Analytics **Role Summary** Analyze and forecast transportation costs for medical supplies across domestic and international lanes, deliver actionable metrics, and support month‑end close processes. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Planning, Marketing, Customer Service, Deployment and Distribution and external freight audit partners. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate cost‑per‑case analysis and weekly/monthly cost variance reports. - Provide realistic volume and cost forecasts to enable procurement and logistics planning. - Automate data workflows and maintain dashboards to support strategic decision‑making. - Ensure data integrity and model validity across multiple systems. **Key Responsibilities** - Forecast transportation costs for key domestic and import lanes. - Produce cost and volume projections for procurement and supply‑chain planning. - Execute month‑end close activities: capture actuals, record accruals, reconcile spend. - Develop, manage, and enhance Tableau dashboards and Alteryx workflows for CPC, TMS, and logistics data. - Deliver weekly and monthly transportation metrics to supply‑chain and finance stakeholders. - Perform what‑if and scenario analyses to guide management decisions. - Build and validate network models, optimize scenarios, and analyze outputs to answer complex supply‑chain questions. - Update and maintain Microsoft Office and scenario‑based planning models. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling). - Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep for visualization. - Alteryx for data preparation/automation. - Understanding of TMS, freight pay, and accounting processes. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability. - Excellent communication of complex concepts in clear language. - Project management and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. - Agile mindset for continuous adaptation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). - 1–3 years of business reporting experience.

**Job Title:** Hospital Customer Service Coordinator (12‑month FTC) **Role Summary:** Detail‑oriented, process‑driven professional responsible for managing order‑fulfilment data and customer interactions for hospital clients.
