Job Description
**Job Title:** Hospital Customer Service Coordinator (12‑month FTC) **Role Summary:** Detail‑oriented, process‑driven professional responsible for managing order‑fulfilment data and customer interactions for hospital clients. Ensures accurate, on‑time delivery of products, handles billing and pricing issues, and supports cross‑functional teams to maintain a seamless service experience. **Expectations:** - Process high‑volume orders and queries within defined SLAs. - Maintain data integrity and resolve transactional errors promptly. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers. - Meet deadlines while juggling competing priorities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Process daily customer orders, allocate EANs for EDI mapping, and update systems. - Release and manage backorders; troubleshoot blocked electronic orders. - Create and process monthly invoices, resolve disputed invoice queries, and perform pricing checks. - Support new customer account set‑up, including commercial and compliance verification. - Validate data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. - Maintain NHS Supply Chain and TPS portals; generate ad‑hoc reports. - Collaborate with Commercial, QA, Warehouse, and Transport teams; respond to shared inbox and manage mass communications for delivery changes. **Required Skills:** - Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis. - High accuracy and attention to detail; proficient in managing large data sets. - Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas). - Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication. - Effective stakeholder management and organisational skills. - Numeracy and ability to work under deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent (or comparable work experience). - No specific certifications required; experience with JDE, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems preferred.
