**Job Title** Contract Administrator Fixed Term Contract **Role Summary** Oversee the full lifecycle of contractual documents, ensuring accurate preparation, validation, and timely issuance. Manage extensions, amendments, and customer correspondence while maintaining data integrity across portfolio and fleet management systems. Provide administrative support and generate management reports. **Expactations** * Deliver precise, error‑free documentation within set deadlines. * Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality. * Demonstrate high levels of organization, reliability, and adaptability under pressure. **Key Responsibilities** - Validate incoming contracts, invoices, and related communications. - Draft new contracts, amendments, and extensions. - Log and register interest in assets. - Follow up on missing or incomplete documents with customers. - Invoice customers and pursue payments, including ad‑hoc and debtor chasing. - Input data accurately into portfolio and fleet management systems. - Produce monthly reports aligned with management needs. - Conduct customer and supplier due diligence. - Answer and manage incoming calls. - File, scan, and maintain agreement records. - Organize and update training records, timesheets, and overtime logs. - Perform ad‑hoc administrative and office duties. **Required Skills** - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability. - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. - Professional demeanor and communication skills. - Familiarity with DocuSign or similar e‑signature platforms (desirable). - Team player with initiative to work independently. - Experience in an accounts or finance environment is advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a high‑school diploma or equivalent. - No specific professional certifications required.
