**Job Title:** Front‑End Engineer (Product‑Focused AI)
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and iterate user‑centric interfaces and full‑stack systems that power AI‑driven automation tools. Collaborate closely with product, design, and research teams to translate large language model capabilities into intuitive, high‑performance web experiences.
**Expectations:**
- 1.5 + years in a product‑focused or full‑stack engineering role.
- Proven track record in delivering production‑grade TypeScript/React applications.
- Strong UX/UI design sense and ability to communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI technologies.
- Bonus: experience with large language models, AI frameworks, or prompt engineering.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Build and maintain end‑to‑end frontend and component libraries using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
2. Prototype and launch AI‑powered features, integrating model outputs and orchestration logic.
3. Evaluate new AI orchestration, prompt design, and model integration techniques.
4. Collaborate with product and design teams to refine user flows and improve usability for diverse audiences.
5. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation, code reviews, technical experiments, and design workshops.
6. Participate in peer code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and deep‑dive discussions to drive architectural excellence.
**Required Skills:**
- **Programming:** TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js (or equivalent).
- **Frontend:** Responsive design, CSS (SCSS/Sass), component libraries, state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
- **UX/UI:** Wireframing, prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch), accessibility best practices.
- **DevOps:** Git, CI/CD pipelines, code quality tools, unit/integration testing frameworks.
- **Optional AI:** Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI inference pipelines.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
