Candidate Profile

1+ years building and supporting production systems. Strong problem-solving and debugging capability. Comfortable working on distributed and security-sensitive systems. Commercially aware and customer-focused. High accountability and resilience. Motivated by building in early-stage environments.
Comfortable riding the startup wave from early traction through maturity.
Ideally has experience in a pre-seed to Series C startup, particularly in Cyber or SaaS. Has experienced scaling through funding rounds, growth phases, and product evolution.

Position Overview

Founding Engineer within the core platform team with significant influence over architecture, tooling, and roadmap. Broad ownership across systems and services. Direct exposure to enterprise-scale customers and real-world security use cases. Opportunity to shape the product from the early stage through scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build core automation and platform services. Develop secure, reliable system components. Improve internal tooling and configuration workflows. Deliver visibility, reporting, and control features. Strengthen security and data protection mechanisms. Contribute across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Partner with customers and internal teams to solve complex problems.

Technical Environment

TypeScript and JavaScript. SQL-based datastores. Modern web frameworks. Cross-platform application development. Secure cloud infrastructure. Infrastructure-as-Code.

Working Style
