**Job Title:** People Acquisition Expert **Role Summary:** Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for top‑tier IT, Tech, Data, and Digital talent across multiple geographies. Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to translate business needs into targeted sourcing strategies, manage the full candidate lifecycle, and enhance the organization’s employer brand. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality hires that meet business objectives and diversity targets. - Provide strategic guidance on recruitment tactics for specific business lines or regions. - Maintain a robust talent pipeline and build lasting relationships with prospects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proactively identify current and future staffing needs in partnership with business stakeholders. - Design and execute recruitment strategies, including candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, and interview coordination. - Manage candidate flow through the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate data capture and timely communication. - Craft interview questions aligned with role requirements and conduct structured interviews. - Lead employer branding initiatives, leveraging social media and professional networks to attract talent. - Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and industry conferences. - Conduct market intelligence, track talent trends, and recommend innovative sourcing tools. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 3 years’ experience recruiting senior IT, Tech, Data, and Digital roles in fast‑growth environments. - Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office suite. - Strong sourcing capabilities via social media, resume databases, and professional networks. - Full‑cycle recruiting expertise, including interview techniques and assessment methodologies. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus. - Ability to understand varied organizational roles and translate them into effective recruitment plans. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Professional recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.
