Job title: Technical Implementation Specialist
Role Summary:
Develop, test, and automate integration solutions between Sectigo security products and third‑party applications. Design test strategies, build scripts, and orchestrate end‑to‑end solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Collaborate with development, QA, and sales teams to validate interoperability and security compliance.
Expectations:
- Deliver robust, cross‑platform integration solutions (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Automate testing workflows using Python, DevOps, Shell, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Maintain high standards of security, privacy, and compliance across all integrations.
- Communicate progress clearly to global stakeholders in a deadline‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain custom integrations with third‑party APIs for digital certificates, SSH keys, DevOps tools, cloud security, key vaults, container orchestration, virtual environments, and HSMs.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans for Sectigo products in combination with external services.
- Set up and manage test environments on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline integration testing and deployment.
- Research emerging security technologies and recommend application to integration projects.
- Coordinate with Dev, QA, and Sales teams to resolve integration issues and enhance product interoperability.
- Document integration specifications, test procedures, and automation scripts.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in security software development with QA experience.
- Deep knowledge of digital certificates, encryption, digital signatures, confidentiality, and integrity concepts.
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure: VPN, load balancer, container orchestration, data storage.
- Experience with open‑source security tools (OpenSSL, Open CA, EJBCA).
- Strong scripting abilities in Python, DevOps, Shell, Bash, and PowerShell; AWS/Azure SDK usage.
- Understanding of web services, SOA, OSI model, and networking protocols.
- Ability to create cross‑platform scripts and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; independent prioritisation skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Industry security certifications (CCSP, Security+, etc.) are a plus.
