**Job Title**
Head of Marketing (Marketing Director)
**Role Summary**
Senior leader responsible for creating and executing integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, market growth, and revenue across the UK and Europe. Oversees the full marketing mix—brand, digital, media, PR, and product marketing—while leading a high‑performing team and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
**Expectations**
- Define and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Increase brand visibility and market share in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Lead digital transformation and e‑commerce initiatives to boost conversions.
- Deliver measurable KPI reporting and data‑driven insights.
- Build, mentor, and scale a results‑focused marketing organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own brand guidelines; ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Create and manage branded content (POS material, merchandise, in‑store promotions).
- Design, optimize, and grow digital/web assets for enhanced online presence.
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies to capture e‑commerce opportunities.
- Build and run social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, etc.
- Plan and oversee SEO, email, database, display, and paid media campaigns.
- Lead B2B marketing initiatives (website, SEO, assets, paid media, CRM).
- Lead B2C marketing initiatives (digital, content, video, influencer programs).
- Own end‑to‑end new product launch marketing, coordinating digital and traditional tactics.
- Partner with eCommerce and Product teams to shape product‑marketing strategies for launches.
- Implement data management, CRM, and reporting frameworks; ensure data‑driven decision making.
- Define marketing KPIs, produce monthly performance reports, and provide strategic insights.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience as Head of Marketing or Marketing Director in product/e‑commerce environments (automotive, consumer electronics, or agency).
- Demonstrated success building and executing B2B and B2C marketing strategies that drive awareness and growth.
- Strong blend of digital (SEO, paid media, social, analytics) and traditional marketing expertise.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen and problem‑solving ability.
- Track record of building and leading high‑performing marketing teams.
- Proficient in data analysis, CRM, and performance reporting.
- Hands‑on, strategic thinker capable of guiding execution across multiple channels.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Professional qualification preferred (e.g., Chartered Institute of Marketing – CIM, Marketing Academy Scholarship, or equivalent).
