**Job title:** General Counsel **Role Summary:** Provide strategic legal counsel and governance oversight for a UK charity, ensuring compliance with charity law, regulatory frameworks, and data protection standards. Deliver contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and policy development while supporting executive leadership and board operations. **Expactations:** - Immediate availability or short notice; fixed‑term contract until April 2026. - Fully remote working, independent prioritisation, and proactive communication with executive team and trustees. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Advise CEO, Executive Team, and Board on legal, governance, and regulatory matters. 2. Ensure compliance with Charity Commission, Companies House, and UK legislation. 3. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, funders, and partners. 4. Design and implement risk‑management frameworks. 5. Lead development and review of policies on data protection, safeguarding, and governance. 6. Manage relationships with external counsel to control costs and maintain service quality. 7. Job Description
IT Infrastructure Specialist **Role Summary** Provide 2nd/3rd line support and maintain secure IT infrastructure for hybrid workspace environments. This includes managing systems, endpoints, access controls, and documentation while advising on technical best practices. **Expectations** Proven enterprise IT infrastructure support experience. Strong technical skills in Windows environments and Microsoft ecosystems. Proficiency in cloud/on-prem systems, backup/monitoring tools, and endpoint security.
