**Job Title:** Internship – Press Coordination Assistant (F/H/X) – Starting Jan 2026 (6‑month full‑time) **Role Summary:** Support the Press team within the Communications Department of a leading luxury fashion house. Work closely with the Paris press office and international press subsidiaries to coordinate daily press operations, produce press materials, and assist in the planning of press events and fashion shows. **Expectations:** - Enrolled in a university program (Business, Communication, Fashion or related). - Demonstrated interest in fashion and media. - Proactive, autonomous, detail‑oriented and able to propose solutions. - Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to be available for team needs. - Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages a plus). - Able to commit to a 6‑month full‑time internship under a school‑approved contract. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist the press team with daily tasks and coordination of Paris and international press offices. - Prepare and format press releases, lookbooks, visual assets, and other press tools. - Update and manage press contact databases. - Support organization of press events (Press Days, press trips, runway shows). - Contribute to press gift management, press clippings, weekly and monthly press reviews, and post‑event reporting using DMR tools. - Create internal presentations and manage press subscriptions and magazine orders. - Liaise regularly with Image, Heritage, Marketing, Logistics and other internal departments. - Participate in ad‑hoc projects as needed. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent written and verbal English. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Good relational and communication skills. - Basic knowledge of fashion industry tools (e.g., Fashion GPS) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Fashion Management or a related field. - Must be eligible for a university‑approved internship agreement.
