Job Description
Job title: Personal Assistant Role Summary: Provide 1:1 executive support to a Managing Director in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Manage diaries, communications, travel, and confidential personal tasks to maximize the MD’s productivity and efficiency. Expections: - Immediate start, 9–10 month contract. - Full-time weekdays (09:00‑17:00). - Ability to adapt to a mix of business and personal duties with discretion. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diary management: schedule coordination, agenda preparation, and time‑blocking. 2. Email and communication triage: monitor, flag priority messages, draft responses. 3. Meeting coordination: arrange venues, distribute agendas, take minutes. 4. Travel logistics: book flights, accommodations, prepare itineraries, manage changes. 5. Document & filing systems: maintain electronic and paper filing, update records. 6. Personal errands: source gifts, run household/errand tasks as needed. 7. Logistic support: oversee household operations when required. Required Skills: - Prior experience as a 1:1 PA to a senior executive, preferably in a startup or fast‑paced setting. - High discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. - Excellent organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation abilities. - Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills. - Superior written and verbal communication. - Ability to anticipate needs and act independently. - Immediate availability. Required Education & Certifications: - Level 3+ in Business Administration, Personal Support, or equivalent. - Proven track record; formal qualifications optional but advantageous.
