**Job Title**
Reference Pharmacist – Electronic Patient Record (Hospital Manager)
**Role Summary**
Lead the deployment and harmonization of the Hospital Manager electronic patient record (EPR) across a multi‑site health‑care group (GHT). Ensure uniform prescription practices, configure medication‑circuit parameters, support clinicians and pharmacy staff, and maintain regulatory and quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
**Expectations**
- Drive the EPR change‑management program across all hospitals in the group.
- Coordinate closely with IT, pharmacy, medical, and nursing teams.
- Guarantee consistent prescribing standards and medication‑circuit safety.
- Deliver training, user support, and post‑implementation follow‑up.
- Monitor regulatory updates and quality indicators, and manage system interfaces.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Project Coordination** – Plan, execute, and monitor each deployment phase; liaise with the DSI, DPI project lead, pharmacy units, and clinical teams.
2. **Prescribing Standardization** – Audit current practices, define a GHT‑wide prescribing reference, harmonize protocols, order sets, and templates.
3. **System Configuration** – Set up pharmaceutical product catalogs, clinical protocols, care plans, and prescription models in Hospital Manager; conduct validation testing before go‑live.
4. **Change Management & User Support** – Design/co‑facilitate training sessions, assist physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and technicians during rollout, collect feedback, and propose enhancements.
5. **Quality, Safety & Compliance** – Track regulatory changes (prescription, medication, EPR), work with COMEDIMS/CLUD/CAI, contribute to HAS indicator reporting, draft procedures and institutional documentation.
6. **Interface Management** – Oversee integration between Hospital Manager and pharmacy software, coordinate with the vendor and internal IT for issue resolution, upgrades, and version control.
**Required Skills**
- Proven project‑management experience in health‑IT implementations.
- Deep knowledge of hospital pharmacy workflows, medication circuit, and prescribing regulations (French/European).
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems, especially Hospital Manager or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and testing abilities; capability to document and validate system configurations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management, and training skills.
- Ability to travel between multiple sites and adapt to a dynamic GHT environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Pharmacy degree (PharmD or equivalent) and active registration as a pharmacist.
- Experience in hospital pharmacy informatics or EPR projects (preferred).
- Familiarity with French health‑care regulations and HAS quality standards (preferred).
