**Job Title:** IAM Technical Analyst / BA (IGA)
**Role Summary:**
Act as the bridge between business objectives and technical IAM solutions. Lead requirement elicitation, process analysis, and solution design for Identity and Access Management projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with cloud-based IAM platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Deliver clear documentation and technical specifications to support implementation, testing, and change management.
**Expectations:**
- Produce detailed business and technical requirement documents.
- Identify gaps in current IAM controls and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of BAU tasks, program milestones, and vendor integrations.
- Sustain documentation standards (e.g., BPMN, acceptance criteria) across projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather and document IAM requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct process analysis and develop improvement strategies.
- Contribute to IAM solution design (e.g., IAM frameworks, cloud integration).
- Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Liaise between security/identity teams and business units.
- Work with IAM platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM, Okta, SailPoint) and protocols (SAML, SCIM).
- Perform gap analyses to identify missing or weak access controls.
- Support change management for adoption of new IAM processes and systems.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts, identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management (PAM).
- Practical experience with cloud IAM services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency with IAM tools (Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex technical issues.
- Business process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and documentation expertise.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred: CIAM, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure Advanced Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent.
