Project Manager – Transformation & Change

Location: Hybrid - typical 2 days per week onsite in Warwick

Duration: Initial 6 months duration with potential to extend

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving transformation? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to lead programmes, establish governance, monitor consistency and quality, and manage risk across a portfolio of change initiatives within the customer engineering business area.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of multiple projects from initiation through execution, ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to agree on changes, manage dependencies, and communicate progress effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality programmes for transformation and change initiatives.
Track performance, dependencies, and identify risks or delivery clashes.
Engage stakeholders to keep initiatives on track and aligned.
Update project tools and trackers regularly.
Communicate progress and outcomes clearly and consistently.
Drive change and transformation strategically—understand the “what” and plan the “how.”
Support regulatory activities, new frameworks for tech contractors, processes, and capability development.
Collaborate with procurement and contract management teams on engineering frameworks (FEED).

Experience & Capabilities

Strong project management experience across change and transformation programmes.
Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organisational skills.
Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with virtual teams to solve business challenges.
Proven experience delivering change programmes from initiation to execution.
Utilities background highly desirable.
