Focus on aligning with public‑sector compliance standards, integrating with enterprise systems, and enabling citizen‑centric digital portals. Platform Leadership * Define coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, and OmniStudio components. * Optimize platform performance, reduce technical debt, and oversee Experience Cloud portals for citizens, partners, and internal users. 4. Security, Compliance & Governance * Design security models (role hierarchy, sharing rules, permission sets, data classification) and enforce compliance with FedRAMP, SOC 2, GDPR/CCPA, and relevant federal/state regulations. * Implement audit logging, encryption, identity management, and secure authentication (SSO, MFA). 5. Integration & Data Architecture * Architect integrations with ERP, financial systems, IAM, legacy government platforms, document management, and payment gateways. * Define API strategies (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft) and lead data migration, data quality, and master data management initiatives. 6. Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration * Review and approve technical designs and code from implementation teams. * Provide architectural guidance across multiple projects and programs. 7. Leadership & Enablement * Mentor developers and technical leads, conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and contribute to reusable assets and best‑practice repositories.
