Job Description
**Job Title:** Operations Analyst – Machine Learning **Role Summary:** Translate customer requirements into operational machine learning solutions. Onboard clients, analyze unstructured data, build taxonomies, troubleshoot model performance, and develop best practices to enhance data quality and scalability. Collaborate across data science, product, and client-facing teams to drive reliable AI-driven customer experience insights. **Expectations:** - Passion for data pattern discovery and AI experimentation. - Strong communication to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. - Collaborative mindset with both technical and commercial teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Onboard new clients to the platform by profiling and structuring large, unstructured datasets into robust taxonomies for ML models. - Provide ongoing client support: diagnose and resolve model performance issues (e.g., data shifts), adjust taxonomies or models accordingly. - Create and share internal best practices for data handling and quality improvement. - Optimize internal processes to increase operational scalability. - Contribute to research and development initiatives in partnership with Data Science and Product teams. **Required Skills:** - Data analysis and modeling of unstructured data. - Experience troubleshooting machine‑learning model performance. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong attention to detail and reliability. - Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines. - Curiosity in AI and willingness to experiment with new tools and techniques. - Skill translating technical insights to business audiences (and vice versa). **Optional / Preferred Skills:** - Proficiency in Python and SQL. - Background in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis; STEM degree or equivalent experience. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related STEM field. ---
