**Job Title** Recruitment Intern (HR Intern) **Role Summary** Support the full recruitment cycle for engineering positions across multiple industry sectors. Works closely with Business Managers and candidates to identify hiring needs, attract and screen talent, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment flow. **Expectations** - Final‑year university student (minimum Bachelor’s level). - Proactive, results‑driven, and able to take initiative. - Comfortable on the phone and in communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders. - Open to innovative approaches and willing to propose ideas for process improvement. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Collaborate with Business Managers to analyze and define hiring requirements. 2. Draft, publish, and promote targeted job offers. 3. Source engineering candidates via channels such as job boards, social media, and networking. 4. Review applications, match profiles to roles, and handle unsolicited CVs. 5. Conduct telephone pre‑screening and schedule interviews. 6. Participate in interview sessions and support decision‑making. 7. Track recruitment metrics and update applicant status throughout the cycle. **Required Skills** - Strong listening and interpersonal skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - High organizational ability and attention to detail. - Solution‑oriented mindset with focus on results. - Self‑motivation, autonomy, and a “can‑do” attitude. - Energetic and collaborative in a team setting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrolment in the final year of an undergraduate program (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent). - Relevant major may include Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. - No formal certifications required; knowledge of recruitment practices is a plus.
