Job Description

Job Title: AI Enablement Coach Role Summary: Deliver one‑to‑one and group coaching for apprentices in AI Enablement Programmes, building their AI confidence, workplace application skills, and readiness for digital transformation roles. Expectations: - Coach and mentor learners to identify AI opportunities, apply tools, and execute AI projects. - Provide actionable feedback and portfolio guidance to achieve measurable skill progression. - Translate industry trends into real‑world learning contexts and motivate continued growth. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions on core AI and digital transformation topics. - Assist learners in spotting AI opportunities, coordinating solutions, and troubleshooting tools. - Analyze and improve systems/workflows, support or lead AI‑infrastructure projects. - Offer clear, constructive feedback on progress and portfolio work. - Contextualize learning with industry insights and workplace scenarios. - Inspire and mentor learners throughout their AI & digital career trajectories. Required Skills: - Hands‑on applied AI enablement or digital transformation experience. - Proficiency with Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini and other generative AI platforms. - Experience with no‑code/low‑code AI and automation tools. - Prior coaching, training or mentoring experience (trainer, instructor, tutor, lecturer). - Empathetic, motivated, and committed to junior learner development. Required Education & Certifications: - Relevant degree or equivalent experience in AI, Computer Science, Digital Transformation, or related field. - Certifications in AI, machine learning, or digital transformation tools are preferred.
