AI Enablement Coach - Fully Remote working

Are you passionate about the power of AI & excited to help shape the next generation of professionals who will drive AI adoption & enablement in the workplace?

We’re looking for an AI Coach to coach and mentor apprentices enrolled on AI Enablement Programmes, supporting & enabling them to build the digital confidence and AI capability needed to thrive in today’s workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions across core AI and digital transformation topics
Support learners in identifying AI opportunities and applying AI tools, concepts, and workflows in real workplace contexts
Coach learners on key skills aligned to their target roles, including:
AI opportunity identification & digital project support
Coordinating AI solutions within business environments
Contributing effectively to AI and digital transformation projects
Troubleshooting AI and digital tools
Analysing and improving systems and workflows
Supporting or leading AI-related infrastructure projects
Understanding digital strategy and organisational change
Responding appropriately when AI or application issues arise
Provide clear, constructive feedback on learner progress and portfolio work
Use industry insights to contextualise learning and bring real workplace scenarios to life
Inspire, motivate & mentor learners as they progress in their specialist AI & Digital roles

Requirements:

Experienced in AI, with hands-on, real-world experience in applied AI Enablement, AI Implementation or Digital Transformation
Strong Copilot, ChatGPT or Gemini experience
Working experience with No-Code / Low-Code AI & Automation Tools
Some form of previous Coaching or Training experience ( Coach / Mentor / Trainer / Instructor / Tutor / Lecturer / Teacher )
Motivated, empathetic & committed to helping junior learners to succeed in the AI & Digital industry.

This is a fully remote working role, salary is £53,000 - £60,000
