**Job Title**
Global Marketing Operations Manager – FTC
**Role Summary**
Coordinate and execute end‑to‑end global brand campaigns by bridging internal and agency teams, driving timelines, managing risks, and ensuring Founder and senior stakeholder alignment.
**Expectations**
- Deliver on‑time, high‑quality global campaigns across all stages.
- Facilitate efficient Founder meetings, capturing decisions and communicating follow‑up actions.
- Champion and continuously improve campaign processes, governance, and tooling.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Campaign & Workflow Management** – Own 360° timelines, set/mine milestones, track progress with CPA leads, identify blockers, and proactively resolve issues.
2. **Founder & Senior Stakeholder Management** – Prepare weekly planning/approval agendas, balance multiple requests, ensure materials are ready, attend meetings, document minutes, and cascade decisions.
3. **Governance, Process & Ways of Working** – Define clear campaign development processes, establish ownership/decision structures, schedule creative reviews, maintain templates and tools that enhance visibility, speed, and quality.
4. **Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication** – Act as central contact point between Global Marketing, Creative Agency, and other key teams (Digital, Retail, Comms); provide concise status updates, highlight risks, dependencies, and required decisions.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of marketing operations, campaign management, or project management experience.
- PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent certification preferred.
