**Job Title:** Global Store Design Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end design of Charlotte Tilbury retail environments worldwide, translating brand vision into functional, aesthetically compelling store concepts. Manage projects from concept through construction, ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance, cost control, and timely openings.
**Expectations:**
- Drive innovation in physical and digital store design.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Creative, VM, Digital, Tech, Regions).
- Deliver high‑quality design outputs within schedule and budget.
- Maintain strong brand expression across all markets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Translate brand guidelines into store layouts, elevations, and renderings.
- Create floor plans, design packs, and shop drawings for internal approval and retailer sign‑off.
- Oversee architectural, mechanical, and structural integration.
- Interpret local building codes and incorporate compliant solutions.
- Identify technical challenges; develop collaborative solutions with department managers, suppliers, and technical support.
- Apply brand matrices, respond to emerging materials, and update designs accordingly.
- Manage external suppliers for construction documentation and execution.
- Review and approve construction documents for design integrity and safety.
- Monitor construction, snag issues, and ensure final build aligns with brand strategy.
- Control project costs (CPA) and resolve schedule or budget risks.
- Communicate design progress through verbal presentations, drawings, and written reports to senior stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- Architecture or Interior Design degree.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong sketching and rendering abilities.
- Demonstrated project management experience (multiple concurrent projects, tight deadlines).
- Global or cross‑regional retail design experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership, and teamwork.
- Business acumen with awareness of current design trends and competitive patterns.
- Passion for Retail of the Future and disruptive innovation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RIBA) beneficial but not mandatory.
