**Job Title:**
Digital Product Manager (Media & Content) – Fixed‑Term Contract
**Role Summary:**
Drive the product strategy, development, and delivery of PSG’s official website (psg.fr) and mobile app (iOS & Android) for the Media & Content vertical. Partner with Head of Product, designers, development agency, and cross‑functional teams to execute the roadmap, enhance fan experiences, and ensure high‑visibility digital platforms meet performance and user expectations.
**Expectations:**
- Lead the Media & Content product roadmap from conception to release.
- Translate internal and external user needs into actionable features.
- Maintain agile delivery cadence and ensure timely, quality releases.
- Monitor product performance and continuously improve the user experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Co‑create and maintain the Media product roadmap with the Head of Product.
- Write user stories, design briefs, and manage the product backlog.
- Collaborate with designers on prototyping and UI/UX decisions.
- Oversee development cycles: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives.
- Coordinate with front‑end, back‑end, QA, and international development teams (Copenhagen).
- Conduct functional testing, validate deliverables, and resolve blockers.
- Implement tagging, KPI tracking, and analytics (GA4, Firebase) to assess feature impact.
- Report performance metrics and recommend enhancements for live match center, streaming/VOD, PSG TV, news publishing, sports data, and CMS tools.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong digital product management (discovery, delivery, roadmap) in web and mobile environments.
- Proficient with product tools: Notion, Jira, Confluence, Figma.
- Hands‑on experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Firebase).
- Agile methodology expertise and ability to work with multi‑stakeholder, international teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Highly organized, rigorous, and capable of prioritizing under pressure.
- Team‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑changing environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s level (Bac +5) in Engineering, Business, or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Manager or Digital Product Manager, preferably in media, content, or high‑traffic platforms.
- No specific certifications required; demonstrated product management competency is essential.
