Job Title: Director Human Resources
Role Summary:
Strategic HR leader partnering with senior executives in a global technology organization to design and deliver people strategies that align with business goals, manage workforce planning and succession, drive organizational design, oversee employee relations, champion DEI, and lead change initiatives across multiple geographies.
Expectations:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner or HR leadership role within a global technology company.
- Proven influence with senior leadership, strong business acumen, and experience in a matrixed, global environment.
- Ability to make data‑driven decisions, coach, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly changing environment and traveling up to 35% internationally.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies supporting business growth, transformation, and operational excellence.
2. Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives to ensure optimal talent alignment.
3. Provide guidance on complex employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
4. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across global teams.
5. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions in compensation, benefits, learning & development, and talent acquisition.
6. Use data and analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
7. Support change management initiatives, including M&A integration, restructuring, and cultural transformation.
Required Skills:

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- HR certification such as SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or CIPD a plus.
