**Job Title**
Marketing Director – EU (6‑month Fixed‑Term)
**Role Summary**
Lead the development and execution of Morphe’s EU regional marketing strategy, aligning with global brand direction and financial targets. Oversee 360° marketing, trade marketing, PR/IR, and visual merchandising while managing budget, teams, and stakeholder relationships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue across European wholesale partners.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a cohesive, innovative regional marketing plan that meets revenue and brand‑heat objectives.
- Manage a multi‑disciplinary team (Trade Marketing, PR/IR, Visual Merchandising) to achieve high‑performance results.
- Optimize the regional marketing budget and ensure timely, region‑specific deployment of global assets.
- Operate effectively in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement the annual EU marketing strategy and innovation/launch roadmap.
- Lead cross‑channel campaigns (digital, trade, PR, influencer, VM) to maximize reach and ROI.
- Own budget planning, tracking, reconciliation, and continual optimisation.
- Develop and coach the Trade Marketing Manager, Head of PR/IR, and Head of Visual Merchandising.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Global Marketing teams on channel plans, promotional calendars, and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, vendors, and key influencers.
- Ensure visual merchandising concepts align with global standards and regional market needs.
- Act as senior marketing advisor to regional and global stakeholders, fostering a customer‑centric culture.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in the beauty industry, preferably within a global organization.
- Omnichannel expertise: digital, trade marketing, PR/IR, influencer, and visual merchandising.
- Multi‑region (EU) marketing experience with strong strategic and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team‑development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Agile mindset; comfortable handling ambiguity and rapid plan changes.
- Strong problem‑solving and innovative‑solution orientation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- MBA or Master’s degree and/or professional marketing certifications (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing) preferred.
