**Job Title:** Head of Performance Marketing **Role Summary:** Leads the development and scaling of a performance‑marketing engine for a high‑growth mobile app and associated physical products. Owns paid acquisition, influencer programs, and creative testing, driving revenue impact, budget efficiency, and data‑driven experimentation while collaborating with brand, product, data, growth, and e‑commerce teams.
