Job Description
**Job title** Sales Operations Executive – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract **Role Summary** Support the Global Sales & Marketing programs by administering the Salesforce CRM, producing accurate reports and dashboards, analyzing pipeline and revenue data, and delivering data-driven insights. Act as the primary Salesforce user support contact, facilitate system integration projects, and train new users across the organization. **Expectations** • Deliver high‑quality, timely CRM data and insights. • Maintain Salesforce and integrated system performance. • Provide efficient support for Salesforce queries and issues. • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to resolve operational queries. • Ensure accurate monthly forecasting and reporting for global regions. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer Salesforce CRM and enforce data hygiene standards. - Serve as first‑level support for Salesforce users via Zendesk, escalating to Level 2 as needed. - Build, update and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and revenue analysis tools. - Perform pipeline and revenue data analysis across global territories. - Support forecast commitment process and monthly reporting. - Combine Salesforce data with internal revenue documents to generate actionable business insights. - Track lead performance and campaign ROI in partnership with Sales & Marketing teams. - Assist in the global Salesforce integration project. - Maintain the Sales Operations section of the intranet. - Deliver Salesforce training to new starters. - Work with Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to resolve operational queries. **Required Skills** - Strong experience with CRM systems – Salesforce preferred. - Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, LOOKUP functions). - Ability to build reports and dashboards (Power BI or equivalent). - Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized, self‑motivated, and proactive. - Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and meeting deadlines. - Experience with Zendesk and cross‑functional collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Salesforce Administrator certification preferred. ---
