Job title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Role Summary: Lead Salesforce development for a global ERP vendor, providing technical design, architecture, and hands‑on coding across Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and integration APIs. Drive end‑to‑end solutions, data migration, and maintainability while mentoring junior staff.
Expectations:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, preferably in fast‑moving tech or mid‑size environments.
- Proven ability to lead architecture reviews, code ownership, and knowledge transfer.
- Strong communication skills to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, performant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Bulk, middleware).
- Lead technical design reviews, provide architecture guidance, and enforce best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, manage data migration and transformation workflows, and ensure high code quality.
- Manage post‑deployment support, maintain knowledge bases, and train internal teams on new functionalities.
Required Skills:
- Apex programming, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL.
- Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce.
- Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, streaming).
- Middleware integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).
- Data migration, data modeling, and security best practices (sharing, visibility).
- Ability to perform requirements gathering, design complex solutions, and document technical specifications.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Sharing & Visibility Architect (preferred).
