**Job Title:** Data Automation & Analysis Internship **Role Summary:** Support business process optimization through data analysis and automation using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate, while collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver insights and strategic recommendations. **Expactations:** - Pre-university (gap year) or university placement year students studying STEM subjects. - Demonstrated interest in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields. - Proven problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn technical and analytical tools. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Automate workflows across departments (Finance, IT, Digital Services) using Power Automate and Excel. 2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data, and present actionable insights. 3. Develop and enhance performance dashboards, KPI reports, and operational insights for departmental reporting. 4. Support cross-continental projects by coordinating updates, tracking progress, and preparing data packs for teams in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. 5. Analyze industry trends, evaluate technologies, and recommend solutions to support digital transformation initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Power Automate. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to work independently and adapt to new tools/technologies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in a STEM-based A-level program or equivalent. - Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Natural Sciences.
