We are now recruiting for a Data Analysis and Robotics Process Automation Intern to join our internationally recognised internship 13-month programme in London.

About The Programme

Our internship is designed for pre-university (gap year) students or university placement year students. Each intern supports a different area of the business, applying a variety of analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

You will use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power Automate, Power BI, and other project-specific software. You will also benefit from bespoke learning paths, including Microsoft-certified training.

What You Will Be Doing

Analyse and automate business processes across departments such as Finance, Digital Services, Legal, and IT by reviewing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and building automation solutions using tools like Power Automate, Excel, and Power BI.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders (up to VP level) to understand their data needs, gather and validate requirements, interpret findings, and present insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Assist teams with departmental reporting by helping produce, automate, and enhance performance dashboards, KPI reports, and operational insights, ensuring accuracy and highlighting key trends.
Support global projects across cross-continental operating committees by preparing data packs, coordinating updates, tracking project progress, and working with teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Conduct market research into new technologies and potential products by analysing industry trends, evaluating vendors and solutions, and presenting recommendations that support Ricoh’s ongoing digital transformation.

What We Are Looking For

Students studying a STEM-based subject at A-level or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
Interest in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Natural Sciences
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence working with stakeholders
A proactive mindset and strong sense of accountability
Curiosity and drive to learn new tools, technologies, and ways of working
