**Job Title** Account Manager – Luxury Retail Brand **Role Summary** Leads planning, execution, and post‑analysis of private luxury sale events. Acts as primary liaison between brand partners and internal teams to ensure events meet revenue targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end event management from concept through profit‑and‑loss reporting. - Serve as brand ambassador, maintaining strong relationships with partner brands and internal stakeholders. - Achieve KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, average spend, sell‑through, and margin targets. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop targeted marketing and invitations based on customer segmentation. - Analyze product assortment to optimize appeal and pricing strategies. - Design event layouts, merchandising plans, and sales objectives in collaboration with senior management. - Brief sales teams, ensuring clarity and alignment before events. - Oversee event execution: staffing, layout, merchandising, and operational readiness. - Monitor real‑time KPIs and adjust strategies to improve performance. - Implement in‑event marketing tactics to boost conversion and revenue. - Provide daily performance updates to brand partners. - Compile comprehensive post‑event reports: sales statistics, profit‑and‑loss statements, and marketing reviews. - Recommend future event formats, dates, venues, and commission structures. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing, merchandising, or collection management. - Deep knowledge of fashion and luxury sectors, product trends, and B2B client management. - Experience in retail and event planning with proven results. - Strong analytical aptitude and profit‑and‑loss management. - Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with robust problem‑solving skills. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and driven for excellence. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels. - Ability to thrive in fast‑paced live event environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications in event management, merchandising, or luxury brand management (advantage).
