IS Expert (F/H)
Role Summary
Serve as the technical and operational guarantor of the company’s Information System (IS). Own end‑to‑end responsibility for business applications, data integration, workflow optimization, governance, and user adoption. Drive the execution of the IS roadmap, support strategic IT projects, resolve complex technical issues, and champion digital tool use across the organization.
Expections
- 5+ years in IT/IS management, covering application administration, integration, data, security, and user support.
- Proven experience in administering ERP, CRM, document management, and business intelligence platforms.
- Demonstrated delivery of IT projects (specification, configuration, testing, deployment) within Agile environments.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, optimize, and support level‑2/3 for core business applications (ERP, CRM, GED, PMS, BI).
- Design, maintain, and document interfaces (API, ETL, connectors) between applications.
- Contribute to application mapping: documentation, data models, and inter‑app flows.
- Participate in IS and digital transformation projects: write functional/technical specs, use cases, test scenarios; configure, migrate, and conduct acceptance testing.
- Enforce security policies: access control, encryption, MFA, and GDPR compliance.
- Assist in security audits, remediate findings, and monitor corrective actions.
- Deploy and govern generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT): test, document, define usage guidelines, and train staff.
- Provide ongoing training and produce guides to strengthen user autonomy.
- Drive change management during introduction of new tools or processes.
Required Skills
- Administration of ERP/CRM/GED systems, workflow platforms, and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Proficiency with API exposure, ETL processes, and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).
- Advanced Power BI (DAX, M), Master Data Management, and Data Cataloging.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud architecture and security controls (MFA, GDPR).
- Experience with generative AI tools and understanding of responsible AI practices.
- Project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Strong communication, technical simplification, analytical rigor, and solution orientation.
- Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset.
Required Education & Certifications
- Minimum Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience acceptable in lieu of formal degree.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform, Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent) are preferred.
