**Job Title** Customer Success Specialist **Role Summary** Support onboarding and day‑to‑day use of a digital B2B marketplace for private market funds. Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring smooth adoption, resolving issues, and gathering feedback to enhance platform experience. **Expactations** - Support continuous growth and client satisfaction in a fast‑moving startup environment. - Independently handle client needs while collaborating with technical and product teams. - Demonstrate bilingual communication (French & English) and strong analytical judgment. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Client Integration** - Gather and qualify user requirements; design digital subscription flows and configure platform modules. - Establish data import/export pipelines; conduct validation testing. - Deliver user training and change‑management support. 2. **Ongoing Support & Experience Management** - Serve as the main point of contact for platform users, ensuring a high‑quality experience. - Analyze issue reports, collaborate with engineering to provide swift, effective solutions. - Regularly assess client satisfaction and document findings. 3. **Continuous Improvement** - Enrich internal and external knowledge bases and FAQ resources. - Create user guides and reference materials. - Capture client feedback, identify feature or process enhancements, and relay opportunities to product teams. **Required Skills** - Strong technical literacy in software platforms and data flows. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English. - Proven customer‑centric mindset and problem‑solving capability. - Self‑directed, analytical thinker able to operate autonomously. **Required Education & Certifications** - University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; background in finance strongly preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, client onboarding, or related roles.
