**Job Title**: Chief Commercial Officer **Role Summary**: Lead and execute AirFund’s commercial strategy to accelerate market growth in France and European French-speaking regions, aligning with senior leadership to drive asset distribution through innovation. **Expactations**: Achieve revenue targets, structure commercial teams, and negotiate strategic partnerships while embedding operational rigor and performance culture. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement actionable commercial strategies by segment, channel, and region. - Define revenue goals, manage forecasts/budgets, and establish processes (CRM, pipeline management). - Build and scale sales teams, defining objectives and coaching execution. - Identify and activate high-potential partnerships with wealth managers, private banks, insurers, institutional distributors. - Negotiate key distribution agreements and represent AirFund at conferences/webinars. - Provide market insights to refine product roadmaps and marketing messaging. **Required Skills**: - 10–15 years in commercial development within asset management, fintech, and private markets. - Track record in sales, client relationship management, and structuring complex partnerships. - Strong analytical acumen, leadership, and P&L management. - Proficiency in sales coaching, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder alignment capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications**: - AMF certification (or completion within four months). - Advanced degree in finance, business, or related field. - Fluency in French and English.
