**Job Title:** IT Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Provide first‑line technical support to all internal users, manage workplace and warehouse technology environments, and lead IT projects that improve service quality and operational efficiency across sites in France.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver prompt, high‑quality support for hardware, software, and access requests.
- Maintain and improve IT processes, documentation, and automation.
- Travel to multiple sites as needed to provide on‑site assistance.
- Utilize data‑driven analysis to prioritize and resolve issues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding/off‑boarding, access provisioning, and troubleshooting.
- Support and administer Google Workspace, Azure, Atlassian suite, Snipe‑IT, Intune, Jamf, SureMDM, and related corporate applications.
- Manage and maintain corporate hardware (PCs, Macs, mobile devices, printers) across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Configure and sustain LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure; work with FortiGate firewalls, Cisco switches, and Cisco wireless solutions.
- Define, plan, and execute technical projects that have lasting impact on the organization’s IT landscape.
- Develop, update, and share documentation and standard operating procedures to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency with multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
- Experience supporting corporate hardware and printing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace) and cloud platforms (Azure).
- Familiarity with IT asset management (Snipe‑IT) and endpoint management (Intune, Jamf, SureMDM).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and hands‑on experience with FortiGate firewalls and Cisco networking equipment.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical information for non‑technical users.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision‑making.
- Positive, proactive attitude toward problem solving.
- Valid EU driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites across France and occasionally other European locations.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field *or* equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+).
