Job Description
Job title: HR Business Partner Role Summary: Partner with site leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions that support the organization’s vision, mission, and values. Manage core HR administration, ensure regulatory compliance, drive talent development and employee engagement, and act as an ethical steward of company practices. Expectations: * Demonstrate proven expertise in HR functions within a production‑oriented, matrix environment. * Lead initiatives that strengthen employee connection to work and colleagues. * Provide clear, confident communication to all stakeholders and proactively address ambiguities. * Exhibit personal accountability, credibility, and agility in driving change. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee personnel administration processes (time management, personnel files, employment contracts). * Collaborate with central payroll to ensure compensation compliance. * Implement company procedures and HR policies, monitoring adherence. * Develop, coordinate, and monitor the site’s training plan with L&D teams; identify funding sources. * Serve as an ethical ambassador promoting integrity, accountability, and core values. * Partner with leadership to embed the organization’s vision, mission, and policies. * Support HR Manager in strategic regulatory consultations and other site initiatives. Required Skills: * HR expertise with a focus on talent development and employee relations. * Strong relationship‑building, trust‑building, and teamwork orientation. * Critical evaluation of legislative changes and their impact on HR functions. * Leadership and navigation of organizational initiatives, with agility in change management. * Effective communication, constructively delivering feedback and clarifying expectations. * Personal responsibility, credibility, and direct stakeholder engagement. Required Education & Certifications: * Master’s degree (Master II) or equivalent in Human Resources Management (or related field). * Fluent English (written and spoken). Required Experience: * Minimum 10 years in personnel management, preferably in a production‑oriented, matrix organization.
