**Job Title**: Intern, Business Operations & Analytics **Role Summary** Support business operations and analytics initiatives within a biopharmaceutical organization, focusing on clinical development, process optimization, and digital infrastructure. **Expectations** Contribute to end-to-end projects requiring data analysis, workflow automation, process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration. Gain exposure to clinical operations, data workflows, and technical tools to support operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** - Engage stakeholders to gather requirements for process mapping and data workflows. - Conduct data wrangling, curation, and visualization to create dashboards and reports. - Build and iterate digital solutions using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate). - Develop process maps and workflow automation for clinical operations. - Manage projects, including timelines and deliverables, with independent judgment. - Support general operational tasks, including content curation for departmental communications. **Required Skills** - **Technical Skills**: Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in SharePoint Online, Power Automate; familiarity with data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI); experience with process mapping software (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro). - **Analytical Skills**: Ability to structure unstructured data and solve complex business problems. - **Project Management**: Autonomous management of multiple timelines and prioritization of tasks. - **Communication**: Clear articulation of ideas through stakeholder interviews and professional writing/editing. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited institution (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD). - Majors preferred: Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Engineering (Biomedical, Systems, Industrial). - Coursework or experience in data analysis, process improvement, technical tools, or operations strongly preferred. - Basic understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech clinical development workflows a plus. **Word Count**: 298
