Job Description

**Job Title** Assistant Manager, Investment Operations **Role Summary** Temporary 6-month role supporting investment operations functions, including portfolio management, security valuation, regulatory compliance, and client reporting. **Expectations** Minimum 3 years’ experience in investment operations, asset servicing (corporate actions/income), and regulatory compliance (COBS, COLL, SYSC, CASS). Demonstrated ability to optimize processes and manage cross-functional tasks. **Key Responsibilities** - Portfolio establishment and maintenance. - Security setup, valuation, and custody reconciliations. - Process rebate receipts, trade allocations, and market settlements. - Prepare client reporting, contract notes, and asset servicing for corporate actions. - Monitor pricing, validate regulatory transaction reports (MiFID), and manage client account fees. - Support custody vendor invoicing and prepare MI reports (CMAR). **Required Skills** - 3+ years in operations roles (investment/asset servicing preferred). - Experience with corporate actions processing (mandatory/optional events). - Comprehensive understanding of front-to-back operational workflows. - Regulatory compliance knowledge (COBS, COLL, SYSC, CASS, MiFID). - Process improvement and project management capabilities. - Strong grasp of financial product lifecycle and custody operations. **Required Education & Certifications** Not specified.
