We are Guide Dogs. And we're here to help people with sight loss live the life they choose. Children and adults. Friends and family. Whoever you are, our expert staff, volunteers and life-changing dogs are here to help you: Live actively. Our people and dogs can help you get out and about with confidence, going wherever school, work, or play takes you - and knowing that your sight loss won't hold you back. Live independently. The advice and skills we provide will give you the freedom to live life on your own terms, in your own way, so that you can achieve your hopes and ambitions, and do all the things that make you... you. Job title: SEO and Digital Content Specialist Role Summary: Drive the online visibility and engagement of a guide dog organization by planning, developing and executing SEO strategies for its website, targeting supporters and visitors across major search engines. Expectations: - Increase organic traffic and conversion rates. - Maintain and improve search engine rankings. - Deliver measurable campaign results and insights. Key Responsibilities: - Create and prioritize an SEO backlog. - Collaborate with Digital Content Production, developers, stakeholders, Digital PR, and Paid Search teams to implement backlog items. - Conduct on‑page and technical SEO audits and recommendations. - Monitor, analyze, and report performance using analytics and reporting tools. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of SEO best practices and algorithm changes. Job Description

Job title: Business Solutions Developer Role Summary: Deliver end‑to‑end development and maintenance of Microsoft and Salesforce‑based business systems for a nonprofit, focusing on fundraising, service delivery, and organisational objectives. Works primarily remote with occasional travel. Expectations: Provide a 12‑month, fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave, maintaining high quality code, documentation, and system reliability. Participate in cross‑functional stakeholder interactions, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices in Agile environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and optimise SQL Server applications, including data migration, clustered indexes, and performance tuning. - Develop Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integrate with external APIs and MuleSoft where applicable. - Manage version control (Git/Team‑Git), conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and oversee release management. - Collaborate with business users, suppliers, and third‑party vendors to elicit requirements, provide status updates, and ensure solutions meet SLOs. - Lead system architecture decisions and recommend technology roadmaps that enhance operational efficiency.
