Job Title: AI Researcher Role Summary: Translate product and business needs into applied ML/NLP solutions for a fintech platform that uses LLM-powered tools. Build RAG, retrieval, ranking, and generation pipelines; prototype, test, and deploy models that drive operational product decisions and roadmap. Expectations: Own end‑to‑end ML projects from concept to production, delivering high‑accuracy, low‑latency LLMs for classification, query rewriting, summarization, and personalization.
