Build RAG, retrieval, ranking, and generation pipelines; prototype, test, and deploy models that drive operational product decisions and roadmap. Expectations: Own end‑to‑end ML projects from concept to production, delivering high‑accuracy, low‑latency LLMs for classification, query rewriting, summarization, and personalization. Work closely with senior stakeholders, client teams, and product owners; mentor new hires and shape AI engineering culture.
