We are on the lookout for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing, profitable technology company building LLM-powered tools for private market investment research.

About the Company

The company develops advanced AI-driven solutions used by several of the world’s top private equity and consulting firms, supporting investment decisions involving billions of dollars annually. It operates as a bootstrapped organization with a lean, high-impact engineering team based in London and NYC.

Role Description

This role offers the opportunity to join as one of the first engineering hires, with significant ownership and influence. Key responsibilities include:

Shipping features quickly in a fast-paced environment
Designing and building new ways of interacting with computers
Contributing to cutting-edge LLM-based products
Collaborating closely with external partners
Participating in product direction, prioritization, and technical decisions
Helping shape the engineering culture from an early stage

Example Projects

Building frontier AI products to ingest multiple research input formats
Developing a low-latency voice-to-voice survey tool capable of autonomously handling high-volume research tasks
Building a mobile application from scratch in approximately three weeks
Creating segmented knowledge graphs from unstructured to structured data
Developing an AI-native CRM system deeply integrated with the knowledge graph

The ideal candidate:

Is based in NYC
Has a product-oriented mindset and enjoys contributing to decisions
Possesses strong communication skills and is comfortable in a client-facing context
Is proficient in Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
Has bonus experience building or designing AI-powered products
Thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building at speed
