Job Description

Job title: Lending Associate Role Summary: Support end‑to‑end lending operations by processing loan applications, performing credit assessments, managing documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Deliver high‑quality customer service, collaborate with internal and external partners, and contribute to data‑driven reporting of lending performance. Expectations: - Process loan applications accurately and within established timeframes. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of lending regulations and internal policies. - Build and sustain positive client and partner relationships. - Provide reliable data for management reporting and decision‑making. Key Responsibilities: - Review and approve loan applications for accuracy and completeness. - Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and determine borrower eligibility. - Assist clients in gathering and submitting required documentation. - Manage partner relationships specific to the lending business unit. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize the loan approval workflow. - Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly. - Monitor loan performance and support collections activities. - Prepare regular reports and analytics on lending activities for senior management. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with lending or financial software a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. - Commitment to confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
