**Job Title:** Head of Customer Activation
**Role Summary:**
Leads NEOM Wellbeing’s end‑to‑end Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategy, integrating retail, wholesale, e‑commerce, PR, influencer, and experiential marketing into a unified, premium omni‑channel experience. Drives brand‑centric launches, measurable conversion, and brand equity across all consumer touchpoints while managing and developing the Activation team.
**Expectations:**
- Define and execute a cohesive GTM vision aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Ensure timely, on‑brand delivery across digital, retail, PR, and experiential channels.
- Optimize marketing spend and performance using data‑driven insights.
- Build strategic partnerships that reinforce the wellness mission.
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross‑functional senior stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and own omni‑channel GTM plans for retail, wholesale, Amazon, QVC, travel retail, and NEOM Wellbeing hubs.
- Create launch toolkits and translate brand goals into actionable marketing programs.
- Oversee campaign execution, coordinating digital, PR, influencer, and experiential teams.
- Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and third‑party agency relationships.
- Activate PR, influencer, and advocacy initiatives to generate earned media and brand buzz.
- Track KPIs, analyze partner data, and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Identify and negotiate brand partnership opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and grow the Marketing Activation team.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years of marketing experience with deep GTM activation and omni‑channel campaign expertise.
- Proven leadership of premium consumer brand marketing (beauty, wellness, lifestyle preferred).
- Strong retail/channel marketing background (physical and digital).
- Expertise in PR, influencer, and earned‑media strategy with measurable KPI focus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Commercial acumen to link storytelling with trading objectives.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and KPI optimization.
- Ability to build and lead high‑performing teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (required).
- MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Digital Marketing Professional) are a plus but not mandatory.
