Job Title: Business Development Manager Role Summary: Drive new business development for a technology-driven supply‑chain solution, building a robust pipeline, executing outbound prospecting, and collaborating with sales and marketing to secure and close deals. Expectations: Deliver consistent lead generation, nurture qualified prospects to discovery stages, and support deal progression and closure; maintain pipeline health and provide accurate forecasts; represent the company at trade shows and client meetings; demonstrate a proactive, solution‑focused attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research target accounts across European, US, and UK markets. - Map decision‑makers and craft tailored outreach strategies. - Conduct high‑volume outbound activities (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach). - Lead discovery calls, qualify prospects, and schedule demos. - Assist in proposal creation, negotiation, and closing of deals. - Attend trade shows and client visits to generate leads and gather market intelligence. - Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and outbound sequences. - Maintain accurate data in HubSpot, update pipeline stages, and provide weekly forecasts.
