Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Development Manager **Role Summary:** Drive new client acquisition for a growing SaaS provider in the social care sector, building a pipeline of prospects and closing deals from prospecting to handover to customer success. **Expectations:** Deliver quarterly sales targets and a robust sales pipeline; maintain high levels of customer engagement and ensure smooth transition to post‑sales teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the social care space. - Manage a long‑term sales pipeline, keeping contact cadences and prospect progression. - Deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients. - Close deals from initial contact through contract signing. - Collaborate with customer success for handover and post‑sales support. - Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as required. - Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 2 years of SaaS sales experience. - Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, negotiation, close). - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (preferred). - MEDDIC sales methodology training (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - No mandatory certifications, though MEDDIC or similar sales methodology training is advantageous.
