Account Executive - CareTech

Established over 10 years ago, our client is fast-growth software company providing a range of solutions to the care sector. Recognised as part of Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50, they have gone from strength to strength since their inception and are now turning over north of £10M annually.

They are now looking to grow their new business team; the Account Executive opportunity is a key role in driving new client acquisition & building the foundations of strong, long-term relationships with prospective accounts.

This organisation is a multi-award-winning business with a true mission to make a positive impact within the care space. The successful BDM can expect to join a collaborative environment, with lots of internal support.

This is a remote opportunity for candidates based within the UK.

Responsibilities

Identify & prospect new business opportunities across the social care space
Build & manage a long-term sales pipeline, maintaining regular contact with prospective clients
Deliver tailored demonstrations to prospective clients
Manage the full sales cycle through to deal closure
Collaborate with customer success team to drive smooth handover for post-sales
Attend industry events & trade shows when necessary
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activities

The Successful Candidate

2+ years SaaS sales experience
Experience managing the full sales cycle is essential
Candidates from a wide range of software backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Experience using HubSpot would be a plus
MEDDIC training would be a plus
Based in the UK

Account Executive Package

Basic salary: £45,000
OTE: +£10,000-15,000 (uncapped)
Expenses covered for any in-person meetings
