Leads discovery, designs tailored solutions, and partners with product and engineering to align offerings with customer needs. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑impact pre‑sales engagements across the full sales cycle. - Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level and technical stakeholders. - Represent customer feedback to influence product roadmap. - Continuously improve Solutions Engineering processes and playbooks. - Travel occasionally for customer meetings and events. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct technical discovery to uncover and prioritize customer requirements. - Present value‑based solution demos and deep‑dive technical sessions. - Design, execute, and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs). - Respond to RFPs and complex security inquiries using standardized materials; escalate when needed. - Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Engineering to relay customer insights. - Develop and maintain a best‑in‑class Solutions Engineering playbook. - Ensure customer success by proactively addressing challenges and delivering lasting value. **Required Skills:** - ≥ 7 years in technical pre‑sales or solutions engineering roles, with experience managing C‑level relationships. - Strong technical acumen; ability to conduct discovery, architect solutions, and deliver compelling presentations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at translating complex concepts for technical and non‑technical audiences. - Proven ability to manage POCs, RFP processes, and address security questions. - Collaborative mindset; experience working closely with product and engineering teams. - Strong time‑management and independent problem‑solving abilities. - Empathetic, curiosity‑driven approach with a willingness to challenge the status quo. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, or security certifications) are a plus but not mandatory.
