Job Description
**Job Title** Financial Analyst **Role Summary** Provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting across a multi‑entity group. Lead budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and M&A financial modeling to support executive decision‑making in a fast‑growing, buy‑and‑build environment. **Expectations** Deliver accurate, timely group‑level financial reports and insights. Own the annual planning cycle and rolling forecasts. Drive financial rigor and process improvements while collaborating with subsidiary finance teams and senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities** - Build, maintain, and update financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis for all group entities. - Lead the annual planning process and rolling forecasts, coordinating with subsidiaries. - Perform variance analysis, translate findings into actionable insights, and develop KPIs and dashboards for executive reporting. - Consolidate financial data, identify trends, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of group reporting. - Create acquisition and valuation models, conduct synergy analysis, and support due diligence and post‑acquisition integration. - Partner with CFO, CEO, and executive team on ad‑hoc strategic projects. - Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership. - Drive process improvements, system implementations, and finance transformation initiatives. - Oversee revenue analytics (contracts, invoicing, ARR) in collaboration with accounting. **Required Skills** - 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction services. - Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills. - Experience with group consolidation and multi‑entity reporting. - Exposure to M&A activities, including due diligence and integration. - Strong analytical mindset; ability to translate data into clear insights. - Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. **Preferred Skills** - Experience in technology or high‑growth companies. - Exposure to private equity or buy‑and‑build strategies. - Familiarity with ERP and BI tools (e.g., Odoo). - Basic scripting or automation (e.g., Python). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are an advantage.
