About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded FP&A / Group Financial Analyst to join our finance team and work closely with the CFO. This is a high-impact role supporting our buy-and-build strategy across multiple subsidiaries, with exposure to group reporting, strategic planning, and M&A activity.
You will play a key role in shaping financial insights, supporting decision-making at executive level, and helping scale financial processes across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
FP&A & Group Reporting
Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis across the Group
Lead the annual planning process and rolling forecasts in collaboration with subsidiary finance teams
Prepare variance analysis and translate results into clear, actionable insights
Develop KPIs and dashboards for executive and group-level reporting
Own group-level financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
Consolidate financial data across subsidiaries and identify trends and performance driver
M&A & Strategic Projects
Build acquisition and valuation models, including synergy analysis
Support financial due diligence and integration activities for M&A transactions
Assist with post-acquisition integration, including reporting alignment and performance tracking
Contribute to group-level financial strategy and strategic initiatives
Stakeholder Partnership
Work closely with the CFO, CEO, and executive team on ad-hoc strategic projects
Partner with subsidiary finance teams to drive performance and improve reporting quality
Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Support process improvements, system implementations, and finance transformation initiatives
Oversee revenue analytics (contracts, invoicing, ARR), partnering with accounting where needed
Experience & Skills
Required
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction services
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Experience with group consolidation and multi-entity reporting
Exposure to M&A activities (due diligence and/or integration)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
Experience in technology or high-growth environments
Exposure to private equity or buy-and-build strategies
Experience with ERP and BI tools (Odoo a plus)
Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g. Python)
